Happy Summertime everyone! I hope you're getting more and more excited about preparing for the Ride To Empower and taking advantage of the beautiful sunny summer months to ride, ride, ride!
No need to focus on "training." Motivate yourself to just ride. Enjoy the great outdoors. Explore new places. Commute to work by bicycle. Get in shape by simply enjoying your wonderful bicycle!
We're heading out at the end of this week for our annual summer RV vacation. We're sort of winging it this year; with no specific plans other than to visit the Great Smokey Mountain National Park in Tennessee and then wind up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We're excited to ride our bikes both on and off road in some wonderful, beautiful new places- and we'll share that with you from time to time by posting stories and photos here. So stay tuned for that.
